CoreaxPay is a payment gateway and payment aggregation platform that facilitates secure payment processing for merchants. CoreaxPay does not sell goods or services and therefore does not determine or authorize the cancellation of customer orders or services.

1- Merchant Responsibility.

Each merchant using the CoreaxPay platform is solely responsible for its cancellation policy, including:

• Order cancellation eligibility.
• Cancellation deadlines.
• Applicable cancellation charges or fees.
• Approval or rejection of cancellation requests.
• Refunds arising from approved cancellations.

Customers should review the merchant's cancellation policy before completing a purchase.

2- Customer Cancellation Requests.

Customers wishing to cancel an order or service must contact the respective merchant directly. Cancellation requests are subject to the merchant's policies and applicable terms.

3- Payment Cancellation.

Once a payment has been successfully authorized or processed, it may not be cancelled through CoreaxPay. If a cancellation is approved by the merchant, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with the merchant's refund policy and the procedures of the relevant payment method, partner financial institution, or payment network.

4- Subscription and Recurring Payments.

For merchants offering subscription or recurring payment services, customers must contact the respective merchant to request cancellation of future recurring payments, subject to the merchant's terms and conditions.

5-Failed or Pending Transactions.

If a transaction fails or remains pending due to a technical or operational issue, the payment status will be handled in accordance with the procedures of the relevant payment network, partner financial institution, or payment service provider.

6- Limitation of Responsibility.

CoreaxPay is not responsible for:
• Merchant cancellation decisions.
• Order fulfillment.
• Product or service availability.
• Delivery of goods or services.
• Merchant refund or cancellation policies.
